The Old Dominion Electric Cooperative Marketplace provides qualified member-customers with access to purchase discounted efficient products and equipment, including instant incentives sponsored by Old Dominion Electric Cooperative.
Member-customers must be a member of a distribution cooperative which receives power supply from ODEC (e.g., A&N, BARC, Choptank, Community, Delaware, Mecklenburg, Northern Neck, Prince George, Rappahannock, Southside, and Shenandoah Valley Electric Cooperatives).
Member- customers with a valid account of an eligible distribution cooperative qualify for incentives through the marketplace. Any member-customer providing false information or mischaracterizing information to receive incentives, or exhibiting other fraudulent behavior, can be excluded from the program and/or prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Resource Innovations administers the Old Dominion Electric Cooperative Online Marketplace. Resource Innovations is a third-party authorized by Old Dominion Electric Cooperative to administer this portal on its behalf. Customer information may be collected, used, and shared as needed to verify eligibility, process orders, provide incentives, support customer service, prevent fraud or misuse, and comply with applicable law. If you enroll in a demand-response or connected-device program, additional program terms and privacy disclosures may apply.
Resource Innovations will provide customer care, order processing, fulfillment support, and related marketplace services. All transactions will appear on your credit card statement as Resource Innovations. Member-customers are expected to treat all team members respectfully and courteously, and refrain from using abusive, offensive, or discriminatory language and behavior. Member-customers are encouraged to communicate any concerns, feedback, or complaints to Resource Innovations in a constructive and professional manner. Disagreements or dissatisfaction should be expressed calmly and respectfully. Any failure to abide by these provisions may result in member-participant’s exclusion from the program in Resource Innovation’s or Old Dominion Electric Cooperative’s discretion.
